Scope of the Project :
With a view to take the benefits of Information Technology to the common man, and as a part of its e-Governance initiative, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has embarked on a unique project that seeks to redefine public service - SAMADHAN - which in local language means a solution, a solution for the people and the Government vis a vis prompt delivery of services sought by public related to the departments and agencies of the State and Central Governments in an efficient, reliable, transparent and integrated manner on a sustained basis. This is to be done through a chain of computerized SAMADHAN Centers. It is expected that the SAMADHAN project will eventually render one-stop services to the public through multiple delivery channels like physical SAMADHAN Centers, Electronic Kiosks and through the web.
The center was established in association/guidance of district Collector Indore under Public Private Partnership model and following services were available -

* Caste Certificate
* OBC Certificate
* Income Certificate
* Arms License Renewal
* Bank Challan
* Right To Information
